The weekend at The Community

demonstrating the love of God to our community
(no longer 2 churches, now 1 church positioned to impact more and more people for Jesus)

It is gonna be another off the hook weekend for The Community church family.  Are you ready?  This Sunday Pastor Michael will introduce a message series called "reVerb" about us taking the love of God out into our community in bigger and bolder ways.  Please be praying for your church family that may be and do all God has for us.

YOUTH --- community youth at meeting at our building Friday at 11:30 am for their weekend at the lake.  They will return Saturday afternoon.  Need info?  Call Alyssa Hodges at 276-734-5385.  4 of our teens leave for camp on Monday while others will go to camp 4 a nite next Wednesday.

SMALL GROUPS --- the Sunday evening groups at the HOP and in Collinsville will not meet this Sunday because of the holiday weekend.  The Sunday morning group will meet.  The Fieldale group will have an annoucement Sunday morning.

WORSHIP --- invite others to come with you this Sunday.  John Quinlan and some others will be leading our worship time along with Russ and some of the worship band.  It is gonna be awesome!  It all begins at 10:10 am.

PRAY --- David and Cathy Dunham are on their way to the airport right now to leave for Romaina; pray for this mission trip.  Many of our people will be on vacation in next few weeks (pray for safe travel and a great time of refreshing).  See today's daily devotion for other prayer needs.
