Let us go to the sanctuary of the Lord; let us worship at the footstool of his throne.
It is Sunday! I will very much miss our Community family today, but Jamie Redd will be preaching the word today and sharing his heart for serving those in need. This man has my heart for people, and I am excited about the partnership ahead of us. Praying for Jamie and Deana Redd today.
Our team is visiting a couple churches (maybe one more) today. First we are with Yunior who is our driver for the week. We have a gift for them and want to thank Pastor Justin Linkens and Westlake Church in the Smith Mountain Lake area for donating a projector for this church as their projector had all but quit working. This will be an exciting more of meeting new people and worshipping in Spanish. Our second church today will be with coach and pastor Vladimir. This church is doing great work to win youth to Christ and discipling many.
Pray for the churches we are connecting with today and other churches in Cuba as they share Christ. We see some of the same needs in Cuba that we see back home in Collinsville. It is an honor to serve in some of the same ways through outreach, testimony, sharing clothing and food.
I cannot wait to share more with you of all we have seen and done on this trip!
