One of my favorite songs as of late is Fix My Eyes by the group For King and Country, and it talks about a man’s commitment to choosing what He focuses on and how he lives his life. It is evident that God got hold of his mind and heart. We must do the same so that we can seize the purpose that God created us for. It is a tragedy to miss the best things God has for His kids. We were created to win (as I shared with our church Sunday). We were created to be in relationship with God. We were created to make a difference in the world we live. We were created to prepare for heaven with God. To fix our eyes on Jesus is one of the best choices we will make, and it is a daily choice, sometimes a minute-by-minute choice.
