Psalm 46:10 NLT “ Be still , and know that I am God! I will be honored by every nation. I will be honored throughout the world.” Earlier this week I had the honor of preaching at the funeral of a lady who had been attending our church for several months. Her name was Ellen Kanode. She had intrigued me with the conversations we have through these months, and it was obvious that she was a woman of pray. What I have come to know now is this precious lady spent her life from the day she accepted Jesus helping others see and pursue Christ. It has been incredible to listen to the people she taught to pray and to live the Christian life. She was a nurse and spent much time on the mission field in various places ministering to people who would be tagged as forgotten by the world.
