This past Saturday millions of people watched as another royal wedding took place between Prince Harry and American actress Meghan Markle exchanged marriage vows. It was a beautiful wedding, and I like weddings. The world almost stood still as many looked at the dress, enjoyed the ceremony, were star struck by those who attended the event, but what caught my attention and others was the simple Gospel message given by Bishop Michael Curry. Curry is the presiding bishop of the Episcopal Church and seemingly a charismatic and servant leader. What Bishop Curry shared on this special day, in my opinion, was a great lifting of the love of God while the world looked on and listened in.
