I have shared several times that one of favorite preachers is Robert Morris from Gateway Church in Texas.   He has inspired thinking about generosity and giving in huge proportions.   Thought I would share another piece that brought me great insight.   Read on and give generously! Galatians 6:9   NLT So let’s not get tired of doing what is good. At just the right time we will reap a harvest of blessing if we don’t give up. This verse caught my attention early this week as I was reading and preparing for an upcoming sermon.   God uses His word, the Bible, often to speak to my heart, to deal with certain situations and to transform me to be more like Jesus. Let’s take the verse in pieces and ask God to help us become more like Jesus. Keep on doing what it good. Now, who specifies what good?   Of coarse we put our stock in God being the one who defines good.   The things that God would qualify would be what makes a difference in the world and grows His kingdom.   We are also not to quit.   Keep on doing good.   Stay strong and even get stronger doing what is good.
