  We finish out the week as we have been talking about the fact that struggles are real with some insight on how to get through struggles.  Struggles are real, and each of us have faced them. Deuteronomy 20:4  NLT   For the Lord your God is going with you! He will fight for you against your enemies, and he will give you victory!’ Did you get that?  Victory belongs to God.  He will fight for us and promises to be with us no matter what. 2 Corinthians 10:5  NLT   We destroy every proud obstacle that keeps people from knowing God. We capture their rebellious thoughts and teach them to obey Christ. That is one of my favorite verses about dealing with things that are out of my control.  It reminds me that the person of God holds the truth about my life and sees me through whatever might comes my way.  I do not have to let my mind run wild through the things that seem to tear away my hope and confidence.  What God says is true.  Hold...

You are surrounded.   That might be what you hear when you are in trouble.   It might even look like you are done, defeated and headed for a lose. I have seen movies about battles, old westerns and new military ones, when the enemy surrounded who we thought was the good guy.   Some way the good guys came out winning.   Or did they? Deuteronomy 1:30   NLT The   Lord   you r God is going ahead of   you . He will   fight   for   you , just as   you   saw him do in Egypt. In life we often feel like we are surrounded by the enemy or by the situations of life.   Seems like we are in deep trouble, but it is at that moment that we remember what God has said.   He is for us, with us and fighting the enemy for us. Isn’t that one of the most incredible things to understand?   God is for His children.   The victory is His.   The battle is His.   It is time to give it to Him.   T...
