The most powerful thing in the world is not always what it seems.
Like a nuclear bomb… that is not the most powerful thing in the world.
Like a bear or other wild animal that is upset… that is not the most powerful thing in the world.
Like a horrible storm with strong winds and rain… that is not the most powerful thing in the world.
Like a mother whose children have been harmed… that is not the most powerful thing in the world.
This might not be popular. You might not even agree. But I do believe that the most powerful thing in the world is God and His people who are equipped with His truth.
Let that sink in and let God be who He is in your life. Faithful and strong. True and truth. Wisdom above all others. Let His words hold your heart, help your hands and guard you in every way possible.
Here is just a little of that truth for all of us…
Proverbs 4:10-13 NLT
My child, listen to me and do as I say, and you will have a long, good life. 11 I will teach you wisdom’s ways and lead you in straight paths. 12 When you walk, you won’t be held back; when you run, you won’t stumble. 13 Take hold of my instructions; don’t let them go. Guard them, for they are the key to life.
Take in the powerful things that these verses share. We are children of God. That makes us heirs and very blessed. Wisdom from God guides, teaches, holds us and more. Holding His wisdom and letting us guard us makes us powerful.
Literally this key to life is the most powerful thing in the world.
2 Corinthians 12:9 NLT
Each time he said, “My grace is all you need. My power works best in weakness.” So now I am glad to boast about my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ can work through me.
