Luke 18:16   NASB But Jesus called for them, saying, “Permit the   children   to come to Me, and do not   hinder   them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these. It is 5 till B2S.   That is, it is 5 days until the big event of back2school.   This coming Friday we will serve students with special needs and their families, and on Saturday we will serve over 2,000 students at 9 different locations. First, it is about the kids.   What an honor it is to bless, encourage, share hope and teach a student that there is more to life than taking tests or just getting by.   Life should have purpose and be full of hope.   That is one part we are so excited about. Second, it is amazing to look at the churches that are on board to serve this year.   I ask you pray for these churches and pray for their blessings (I am all smiles and also so grateful for each and everyone partnering with us… I may miss some, so forgive me): Woodlawn Church of God Austinville (and 5 others in t

For the Kingdom of Heaven belongs to those who are like these   children .” One week from today 9 locations across our region of the world will be prepared to serve students and their families helping each prepare for a great school year.   This is the 10th year of this event and sure to be the biggest and best. Please pray for the students that will be served and for each team member who will be serving.   Pray for the rest of the supplies needed to be ready for the students.   Pray for the truth of God to be shared for this hope to ring in the minds, hearts and lives of each student we get to serve. Yes I said, “we get to serve”.   It is an honor to serve, and for many of the team members who will work through this project this has become passion and laced with real joy.   Serving is what we make of it.   Are you willing to step up?
