I have been spending some time the last 6 weeks or so thinking about how we study the Bible and how we inspire others to study and grow in their faith. There are many ways to grow, many ways to engage the Bible and our God. What I find most important is the need to help others along the path. For most of us we call this “discipleship” or “making disciples”. A disciple is a learner who spends time soaking up what their teacher is giving out. Jesus and his followers were some of the greatest. Who are you pouring your life in to? Who are you helping to become a disciple of Jesus? Who are you helping to grow in their faith?
