Yesterday was the day that for almost 2,000 years has been known as Pentecost. That is the day after Jesus moved from earth back to heaven. It is the day when the third person of the Trinity took residence on earth. The Holy Spirit was promised by God to be with us on earth. History tells us that when the Holy Spirit fell and the apostle Peter began to speak that thousands of lives were changed that day which began some what of an epidemic of life change every since. What began that day is still happening in the lives of people who are coming to know Jesus as their Savior now. People have celebrated Pentecost ever since. The day of the festival is 50 days after our Easter, and it is a reminder of how God have kept on influencing humanity since the beginning of time.
