This week’s volunteer of the week at The Community Fellowship is MIGUEL GALDAMEZ !!! Miguel and his family have been attending The Community Fellowship for about 6 months and serves as pastor for our Spanish speaking service. Miguel was born in El Salvador and moved to Henry County over 18 years ago.   He met Minerva soon after moving here and got married.   They have four awesome kids.   Michelle is 16 years old and Minnie is 14; both attend Bassett High School.   Little Miguel is 8 years old and Dale is 6; both are in elementary school.   Minerva and Miguel ask that we pray for little Miguel as he prepares to have heart surgery at the University of Virginia Hospital in Charlottesville in the months to come. This week we honor Kasim Adams as The Community Fellowship’s “Volunteer of the Week”.   Kasim Adams has been a part of The Community Fellowship for over 7 years.   He and his wife, Cindy, became part of the church a few months after it began and have been generously serving and consistently showing God’s love to others. Kasim devotes each Monday and Tuesday to our church spending much of his days at our new campus, cleaning, hauling away debris, running errands, moving families (within the church as well as many that aren’t), consulting with the contractor, and striving to ensure that we will soon be able to move to our new location. On Sunday he can be found greeting at the front door, making visitors, as well as members, feel welcome and at home.   Some other ministries Kasim is involved in are leading our ushers, helping with the offering, leading a small group, as well as volunteering in the nursery.   He also works with Gideon’s International sh...
