What keeps you encouraged? There should be lots of different answers, but the one thing that often troubles me is the lack of seeking encouragement and being an encouragement to others. It is easier to look at the negative than to look for the positive. It is easy to get stuck in a rut that leads no where than to stand tall and look up.
