In the same
way, let your good deeds shine
out for all to see, so that everyone will praise your heavenly Father.
This has been a very busy week full of
excitement as well as insight. The
mission team working on our new campus has done so much more than I thought
possible. In the days ahead I will share
with you pictures, plans and more.
While driving several times this week I
heard a song that I want to share with you parts of. It has spoken to me. It is Let
Them See You by Colton
Dixon,
and the words from the song are much like the words of the Bible verse
above. It asks that others see Jesus
rather than see us.
As you read these lyrics and then go
through this day, may our lives point others to Jesus in every way possible.
Let
Them See You
Take away the
melodies
take away the
songs I sing
take away all
the lights
and all the
songs you let me write
does the man I
am today
say the words
you need to say.
Let them see
you, in me
let them hear
you, when I speak
let them feel
you, when I sing
let them see
you,
let them see
you, in me.
Who am I without
your grace
another smile,
another face
another breathe,
a grain of sand
passing quickly
through your hand
Id give my life,
I'm not afraid
take it all,
take everything…
with every
breathe I breathe
I sing a simple
melody
but I pray
they'll hear more than a song,
In me, in me
Let them see
you, in me
let them hear
you, when I speak
let them feel
you, when I sing
let them see
you,
just let them
see you, in me
let them see
you.
