Then the name of our Lord Jesus will be
honored because of the way you live, and you will be honored along with him.
This is all made possible because of the grace of our God and Lord, Jesus
Christ.
Are you ever overcome by or touched by
something? Maybe it is the sunrise or
the sunset that grabs your attention.
Maybe it is something that one of your children does or says that leaves
you speechless. There are many things that
happen in our lives that make us stop and appreciate them.
It is the grace of God and how God
works in the lives of people that often overcomes me. Yesterday I heard a story about a lady that
had a horrible past and how God confirmed that He would never hold it against
her because she was completely forgiven.
Another story I heard was a great blessing on a church that was seeking
God to take their ministry to the next level.
God rewarded their faithfulness.
God desires to work in your life and
mine. As we acknowledge His grace we
will see more and more of His grace.
Once again, the way we live by faith and share God’s grace the more
people will come to know God and His grace.
Think about God’s incredible grace!
“Without a heart transformed by the
grace of Christ, we just continue to manage external and internal darkness.”
― Matt Chandler, The Explicit Gospel
“It may not be an easy thing to live in
sweet fellowship with all those with whom we come in contact; but that is what
the grace of God is given to us for.” ― D.L. Moody
“Spiritual disciplines can do nothing.
They can only get us to the place where something can be done.” ― Richard J. Foster, Celebration
of Discipline
“The meaning of life. The wasted years
of life. The poor choices of life. God answers the mess of life with one word:
'grace.'” – Max Lucado
"Grace means undeserved kindness.
It is the gift of God to man the moment he sees he is unworthy of God's
favor." –
Dwight L. Moody
"And you know, when you've
experienced grace and you feel like you've been forgiven, you're a lot more
forgiving of other people. You're a lot more gracious to others." – Rick Warren
May we be overcome time and again with
the incredible, unending grace of God.
Be known as the recipient and the giver.
